Our Story

Consensio is a Luxury Chalet Operator (not an agent) and a UK registered company with an Operations office in France. We manage our portfolio directly on behalf of respective owners and we are fully bonded with ABTA to provide financial protection and peace of mind to our guests. Our main goal is to provide Exceptional Service in Exceptional Chalets.

We launched in 2009 in partnership with the owners of six chalets who were looking for an operator able to manage their chalets with them rather than for them. Consensio means “co-operative” and that is how we work, using our unique profit sharing method. Each of our owners is as individual as their chalet and we take the time to get to know them, ensuring we completely understand what is important to them. We understand that holiday time is precious, which is why we take time to listen to our guests and find out exactly what they want, thus ensuring that everything is taken care of.

This year Consensio was been nominated as one of the “World’s Best Ski Operators” at the World Ski Awards and with nine of our chalets shortlisted for “Best Ski Chalet in France”. Chalet Grande Corniche in Les Gets triumphed winning the category. Our Chalet Marco Polo in Val d’Isere had been awarded this much-coveted title in 2013 and 2014 and two of our newest chalets were  shortlisted for the “Best New Ski Chalet in the World” award.

Vision

Our vision is to create bespoke luxury ski holiday experiences, for discerning international clients. 

We achieve this by providing tailored Exceptional Service in the most Exceptional Chalets in the French Alps. When we say tailormade, we really do mean exactly that; when staying in a Consensio property you make the rules! Guided by your personal preference we curate a ski holiday experience to meet the unique and individual needs of your party.

At the forefront of our approach is care and an attentiveness to detail which filters through every aspect of what we do. We care about our clients, our owners, our staff and our partners. We want to make sure that everyone who comes into contact with Consensio enjoys their experience, whether they are on holiday with us, working with us or working for us. We find this approach means that clients, owners, partners and staff return to us year after year.
