Alice fell in love with the French Alps at the age of 2 after being taken there on her first family summer holiday to Mèribel and has been returning every year since. When she turned 18 she realised she could turn her dream of living there into a reality and came and worked her first season as a chalet girl.  Her love of food and hospitality led to further training to be a chef followed by more seasons and restaurant work in the UK until she had the opportunity to work for Consensio and she gets to enjoy the mountains of Meribel all winter.

Tip - Drink a Savoie white wine when tucking into your fondue.
