Executive Chef

Graham Radcliffe ConsensioOriginally from just outside Liverpool Graham has spent a great deal of time in the mountains working in both chalets and hotels. He also ran a bespoke luxury Villa business in southern Italy with his partner. During his role as a private chef, he has worked in several open kitchens and on a daily basis interacted with the guests to ensure that the menu for the day is to their particular taste. Before working in the private chalets and villas, he was a sous chef and head chef in several fast-paced restaurants. Two years ago Graham was the chef for Consensio's chalet Le Rocher in Val d’Isere. Since then he has spent the last year as a chef in a private household, delivering a fine dining experience on a regular basis.
