With tireless attention to detail, our dedicated team are committed to ensuring your comfort and wellbeing and they will strive to make your holiday memorable for all the right reasons.

We value our staff, their hard work and commitment throughout the season and we do our utmost to support them. Likewise, it is important to us that our employees share our values and we expect them to be caring, respectful and courteous and demonstrate common sense in all situations.

Each Consensio chalet comes complete with a dedicated team of staff. To account for the differences between our Ultimate and Relaxed Catered Chalet collections, the number of staff differs between each type of chalet. Please view below to see what staff come with each type of property.

Ultimate Catered Chalet Staff:

Relaxed Catered Chalet Staff:

  • 2 dedicated hosts/cooks
  • A shared driver for an in-resort chalet to piste shuttle service
  • Housekeeper

Concierge and Operations

Using our specialised knowledge and experience, we provide an exceptional pre-arrival concierge service. Your dedicated Sales Manager will help you choose where to go, which ski guide to use and where to go for lunch. They will also remember your likes and dislikes year on year. Within each resort, our operations team ensures the smooth running of all chalets, setting the stage and bringing the show to life.

Administration

Behind the scenes, our accounts team dot all the ‘i’s’ and cross all the ‘t’s’ to ensure our business operates smoothly, whilst our marketing department promotes our unrivalled world-class chalets and apartments and our quality of service.

Head Management

At the head of the company is Consensio’s MD Ceri Tinley. With over 15 years’ experience in the chalet management business and a strong financial background, her expertise is invaluable. Ceri is further supported by our Chairman Stuart Pinnell. With extensive experience in hospitality ranging from hotel groups in France and the Far East, through to heading up tourism in both the Channel Islands and the East of England, Stuart provides valuable insight and support to the business.
