Canapes are served before dinner on five nights of your stay. Dinners are prepared by your private chef following a bespoke menu consultation, tailored entirely to your preferences and dietary requirements.
The chef’s nights off are Tuesday and Friday.
Relaxed Catered Chalets
Family-style, three-course dining is served on five evenings each week, with a dedicated children’s sitting between 17.30–18.30, thoughtfully prepared and served in the same sharing style.

Grand Brut flows freely in all our Ultimate and Relaxed Catered Chalets, chilled and ready each when you return from the slopes. In our Serviced Properties, a welcome bottle awaits on arrival. On request, guests may also enjoy Perrier-Jouët’s vintage collection, including the celebrated Belle Époque.
