Luxury catered chalets and apartments in Val d'Isère - Espace Killy

Consensio are specialists in tailor-made luxury ski holidays, operating the best luxury catered chalets and self-catered apartments in Val d’Isère – Espace Killy. In Val d’Isère our chalets are some of the best in the world, including chalet Marco Polo, which has won ‘France’s Best Ski Chalet’ three times at the World Ski Awards. Our chalets include heated pools, Jacuzzis, spas, cinema rooms, gyms, and much much more. Val d’Isère is also home to a number of our luxury self-catered apartments.

Val d’Isère is a ‘must-ski’ resort. It is linked with Tignes to create l’Espace Killy, a high altitude domain with an unrivalled snow record from late November until May. With its extensive on and off-piste runs, Val d’Isère boasts the title of ‘The greatest skiing arena in Europe, if not the World’. Whilst it offers great nursery slopes and extensive skiing for intermediates, its tour de force is its incredible off-piste opportunities. Coupled with the luxury ski chalets available in Val d’Isère, it is no surprise that this is such a popular resort amongst skiers.

A haven also for non-skiers, Val d’Isère has innumerable activities on offer. Try your hand at husky sledding or discover the wonder of diving beneath the ice on Tignes’ Le Lac. For those who favour a gentler pace, boutiques, sunny terraces and amazing restaurants can be found in abundance. Val d’Isère ski chalets also provide the perfect place for some downtime. With superb skiing and legendary après ski spots, Val d’Isère is the ideal resort for both family and corporate groups alike. We can organise any type of event on your behalf from wine tasting to a world-class magician performing in your chalet.

NEW FOR 19/20 SEASON: The Refuge de Solaise is fully open for this season. Perched on a ledge at an altitude of 2,551m, it has the distinction of being the highest hotel in France. The main gourmet restaurant was open for part of last winter and has already established a strong reputation as one of the best addresses in the resort. It is open to visitors for dinner on Wednesday and Sunday evenings, with access via the gondola. This winter also sees the opening of a multi-activity piste along the Manchet Valley for walking, running, cross-country, fat biking, snow shoeing, and sledding. It is marked orange with the aim to provide a wider path for walkers and athletes who spend time in the valley.

Atelier d’Edmond is a fantastic Michelin starred restaurant, for a warm and intimate atmosphere and Japanese influenced cuisine, La Mourra is a brilliant choice. For a more traditional Savoyard meal, try Avancher.

For mountaintop restaurants, we recommend Le Signal, or for bohemian vibes, try Etincelle. To finish your afternoon in style, head to La Folie Douce. If you’re willing to travel, Le Panoramic in Tignes is well worth the trip, as is La Ferme des 3 Capucines.

For a nice evening drink, we recommend Blizzard or La Mourra. For immediate après ski Cocorico is fantastic! Expect loud music and dancing on tables, just like La Folie Douce was 20 years ago (closes 8pm).

Grand Stade Kids Ski racing could be just right for the older children to get really excited about winter sports!
