Award-Winning Chalets
Consensio boasts a number of award-winning chalets. We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been awarded not one – but TWO prizes at the Leo Trippi Awards this year! Both Chalet Lhotse and Chalet Marco Polo in Val d’Isère won big.
We were also over the moon to be nominated to win ‘World’s Best Ski Tour Operator 2023’ alongside four of our world-class Ultimate Catered Chalets which were also nominated to win ‘France’s Best Ski Chalet 2022’. Nominated chalets included Chalet Bacchus in Courchevel Moriond, Chalet Marco Polo in Val d’Isère and Chalet Le Grenier in Méribel.
Chalet Marco Polo, Val d’Isère
Marco Polo is the three-time winner of ‘France’s Best Ski Chalet’ at The World Ski Awards. it claimed this illustrious title in 2018 after also winning this prestigious award in 2013 & 2014. Marco Polo has also been named as one of the Top Three Ski Chalets in the World multiple times over.
Marco Polo also won big in 2023, when it was awarded the prize for ‘The Best Chalet Entertainment’ at the Leo Trippi Awards – for its goliath, 8-person Scalextric track. This state-of-the-art game has delighted children and adults alike, season after season – and is the ideal way to ensure high-octane action, even when you’re off the slopes…

Chalet Lhotse, Val d’Isère
Chalet Lhotse in Val d’Isère has taken the prize for ‘The Most Unique Bathtub’ at the 2023 Leo Trippi Awards for its incredible stone bathtub. The magnificent bathroom centre-piece was made from one solid piece of stone, and was so heavy that the entire chalet had to be built around it!
Chalet Lhotse is a unique chalet. Located in the heart of the high-altitude resort of Val d’Isère, this luxury alpine chalet is spread over 500m2, sleeping 12 adults in six en-suite bedrooms. An additional two children can sleep in an adjoining bunk room. Lhotse’s spa facilities are phenomenal, featuring a large indoor swimming pool, massage room, sauna, Hammam, gym, indoor Jacuzzi, and an outdoor hot tub.
