Set within the quiet Joseray area of Val d’Isère, Luna offers a well-considered alpine base with easy access to both the Bellevarde and Solaise ski areas. Positioned to balance convenience with a more residential setting, it suits those looking for a calmer pace while remaining close to the mountain.
Arranged across three floors and spanning 143 m², the property is designed to create a natural separation between living and sleeping areas. On arrival, a private ski and boot room keeps each day organised, while the entrance level also includes an ensuite bedroom and additional bathroom, offering flexibility for mixed groups.
The lower floor is dedicated to two further bedrooms, each with its own washroom. While set without external windows, these rooms are designed to feel comfortable and enclosed, with soft lighting and a quieter atmosphere suited to rest after time on the slopes.
Above, the property opens into a bright, open-plan living space, bringing together kitchen, dining and lounge in one level. The layout supports relaxed evenings, with large openings leading onto a private balcony and views across the surrounding mountains.
The top floor also hosts the fourth bedroom, set apart as a more private suite. With its ensuite bathroom and freestanding bath within the room, it offers a more spacious and self-contained retreat.
Part of The Joseray Collection, Luna can be reserved individually or alongside neighbouring properties, accommodating up to 30 guests across the collection and offering a flexible option for both smaller groups and larger stays.
With its practical layout and well-balanced living spaces, Luna provides a straightforward and comfortable base for time in the mountains.

Getting around
Local guide
Val d’Isère is one of the most respected ski destinations in the Alps, known for its exceptional terrain, high-altitude reliability and enduring appeal among serious skiers. Combined with neighbouring Tignes, it forms the Tignes–Val d’Isère ski area, offering a vast and varied domain often considered among the finest in Europe. Here, scale and performance are matched by a more understated, authentic alpine atmosphere.
Beyond the slopes, Val d’Isère offers a well-balanced mountain lifestyle. The resort blends traditional Savoyard character with a considered selection of restaurants, bars and boutiques. From long lunches on sunny terraces to a lively après-ski scene, the rhythm of the day moves easily from skiing into evening. For non-skiers, a range of experiences including spa facilities, winter walking, husky sledding and ice diving on Lac de Tignes offer an alternative way to explore the mountains.
Best for
Confident intermediates through to advanced skiers. Off-piste enthusiasts and those seeking challenging terrain. Well-suited to families, groups and returning skiers looking for both performance and atmosphere.
Skiing in Val d’Isère
With over 300km of pistes across the Tignes–Val d’Isère area, the resort offers extensive and varied terrain. Locally, skiers will find a strong mix of long cruising runs, high-altitude bowls and more technical descents, all supported by an efficient lift system. The area is particularly known for its off-piste opportunities, with accessible routes for those looking to explore beyond the marked pistes.
Snow & seasonality
Val d’Isère’s high altitude, reaching up to 3,456m on the Grande Motte glacier, ensures one of the most reliable snow records in the Alps. The season typically runs from late November through to early May, with peak conditions in January and February. Spring skiing is equally rewarding, offering longer days, softer snow and quieter slopes.
