Tucked within the peaceful Joseray area of Val d’Isère, Flora offers a quieter, more intimate base with easy access to both the Bellevarde and Solaise ski areas. Well positioned for days on the mountain while slightly removed from the centre, it suits those looking for a more relaxed pace without compromising on convenience.

Set across two floors and spanning 130 m², the property follows a simple, well-considered layout. The main level centres around an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, where cooking, dining and unwinding come together naturally. Clean lines and soft, natural finishes create a calm atmosphere, while the flow of the space makes it easy to settle into shared evenings after skiing.

Downstairs, three double or twin bedrooms form a more private sleeping level. One includes a full ensuite bathroom, while the remaining two feature ensuite shower rooms, with an additional bathroom nearby. Each room is comfortable and understated, offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day.

A private ski and boot storage area ensures a smooth transition to and from the slopes, keeping the practicalities of ski life neatly contained.

Part of The Joseray Collection, Flora can be booked individually or alongside neighbouring properties, accommodating up to 30 guests in total and offering a flexible option for both smaller groups and larger gatherings.

Please note, access to the property is via a pathway and steps at the rear of the residence. While this enhances privacy, it may be less suitable for pushchairs or guests with reduced mobility, particularly during icy conditions.

Snow & seasonality
Val d’Isère’s high altitude, reaching up to 3,456m on the Grande Motte glacier, ensures one of the most reliable snow records in the Alps. The season typically runs from late November through to early May, with peak conditions in January and February. Spring skiing is equally rewarding, offering longer days, softer snow and quieter slopes.

    · More than 70 days prior to arrival – Your deposit (25% of the total booking value) will be retained
    · 70 days or less prior to arrival – The full booking value will be charged

    To cancel your booking, please note:
    · Requests must be submitted in writing by the lead booker
    · Cancellations should be sent via email
    · Your “arrival date” refers to the start date of your stay, as outlined in your rental agreement

    · All guests are required to hold a valid policy that includes cancellation cover.
