- We provide the best luxury chalets and luxury serviced properties in France in which we are extremely proud to work. Here at Consensio, you are never short of the resources you need to provide a fantastic holiday experience for your guests.

- We know that going the extra mile to wow our guests can be demanding which is why we offer a generous salary that is at the top of the industry range.

Whether your duration of employment with Consensio is short-term or long-term, being part of our respected organisation will equip you with significant skills that enhance your CV and set you apart in your future job search.
- Physical wellbeing is essential for working a ski season, however, it is just as important to take care of your mental health too. We believe in being open and fully taking care of all our staff. As such, we’ve invested in mental health first aid training for our management team to better support our winter staff in the Alps. We encourage frank and open discussions around mental health and are here to support our team. Let’s end the stigma of mental health together.

What is the interview process?
If your CV is selected for an interview you will be contacted by Heather or Sarah to arrange an interview. We work from Monday to Friday but can always be flexible to work around your busy schedule.
You will receive an invite to interview by email which will include a link to our website. Take a look at our resorts and properties and start thinking about where you would like to work.
Your interview will be over a video call and it’s a chance for us to get to know each other, so please ask any questions that come to mind, whether this will be your 1st or 10th winter season!
If it goes well your second interview will be a few days later with a member of our operations team, another chance for us to get to know you and for you to ask any questions that you forgot to ask in your first interview.
Now we make our decision! You will always hear from us within a few days of your second interview. Even if you haven’t been successful we’ll provide you with feedback to assist you with your search for your perfect role.
When and how should I apply?
We start to accept applications in June, but we’re always happy to hear from candidates at any time of the year and if there isn’t a role for you at the moment we can keep your application on file.

To guarantee that you get your first choice we advise you to apply as early as possible.
