About Us

Our Story

Consensio is a luxury travel operator (not an agent) and a UK registered company with an Operations office in France. We manage our portfolios directly on behalf of their respective owners. Our main goal is to provide Exceptional Service in Exceptional Properties across France. Stuart Pinnell and Ceri Tinley co-founded and launched Consensio in 2009 in partnership with six chalet owners who were looking for an operator able to manage their chalets with them rather than for them. Consensio means “co-operative” and that is how we work, using our unique profit-sharing method.

Awards

Consensio is delighted to be nominated for this year’s World Ski Awards. We are over the moon to be nominated to win ‘World’s Best Ski Tour Operator 2021’, and our brand new Chalet Bacchus in Courchevel Moriond has also been nominated to win ‘World’s Best New Ski Chalet 2021’. And last, but certainly not least, three of our world-class Ultimate Catered Chalets have been nominated to win ‘France’s Best Ski Chalet 2021’: Thrice winner of this illustrious title, Chalet Marco Polo in Val d’Isère, Chalet Le Grenier in Méribel and Shemshak Lodge in Courchevel.

Approach

Our vision is to create bespoke luxury ski holiday experiences for discerning international clients. We achieve this by providing tailored Exceptional Service in the most Exceptional Properties in the French Alps and St Tropez. When we say tailor-made, we mean exactly that. When staying in a Consensio property you make the rules! Guided by your personal preferences, we create a ski holiday experience to meet the unique and individual needs of your party. We manage a number of Ultimate Catered Chalets, Relaxed Catered Chalets, Self-Catered Alpine Apartments, and a Luxury Summer Villa in St Tropez.

We ensure that everyone who comes into contact with Consensio enjoys their experience, whether on holiday with us, working with us or working for us. This approach means that clients, owners, partners and staff return to us year after year. We are used to looking after a very international clientele, and while all our staff speak English, we are accustomed to adapting to all cultures and languages.

At Consensio, we have a passion for exceptional food and drink. We only use the finest ingredients and wherever possible, local and seasonal produce sourced from Alpine markets and suppliers.

Consensio offers an unrivalled personal approach to service with a dedicated 24/7 concierge service. Pre and post-arrival, your personal guest relations manager will organise every aspect of your stay.

Designed to cater to corporate entertaining, networking and team-building holidays, we work with you to create the perfect experience to boost profitability and build brand awareness.

Family and Childcare

Family skiing and travel is a great bonding experience and we understand that if your children are happy, you are happy too which is why we ensure that every aspect of your stay is organised on your behalf, for a stress-free experience.

Spa and Wellness

There is so much more to a Consensio holiday than just skiing or seeing new sights. You may also want to relax and pamper your body and mind during your stay. All our chalets have spa areas and we are able to arrange for massage and beauty therapists to come to you for in-house treatments.

Consensio Chalets provide the ideal setting for a special destination event or celebration. Our stunning properties, coupled with our dedicated concierge service help us to create a truly unique event, tailor-made to reflect your personal style and vision.

ABTA Code of Conduct

ABTA and ABTA Members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist when things don’t go according to plan. We are a member of ABTA and are obliged to maintain a high standard of service in line with their Code of Conduct.

We are committed to driving sustainability into all our operations while exceeding our guests’ expectations. We have signed up with Protect our Winters and taken the POW pledge to make active changes towards becoming a Net Zero organisation.
