Lorenzo is a duplex property set within Residence Myrtille, an exclusive collection of just seven homes on Avenue Olympique. A short walk from the shops and Old Town of Val d’Isère, it offers a well-balanced base, combining convenience with a quieter setting close to the centre of the resort.

The snow front and main lift departures are a short walk away, with the ability to ski back to the property. Set across the third and fourth floors and spanning 125 m², the layout is designed to maximise natural light, creating a bright and comfortable living environment.

The property accommodates up to eight guests across four ensuite bedrooms. On the main floor, three bedrooms each open onto a west-facing balcony: a primary bedroom with bath and separate shower, a flexible double or twin room, and a bunk room with two sets of beds. The fourth bedroom is located on the upper floor, offering additional privacy along with full-height windows and wide-reaching views.

The open-plan living area is both practical and comfortable, with seating arranged around a fireplace and adjoining dining space. A well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar connects naturally to the living area, supporting relaxed evenings after a day on the mountain. Two balconies extend from the space, offering views across the village and towards La Face de Bellevarde.

Val d’Isère is one of the most respected ski destinations in the Alps, known for its exceptional terrain, high-altitude reliability and enduring appeal among serious skiers. Combined with neighbouring Tignes, it forms the Tignes–Val d’Isère ski area, offering a vast and varied domain often considered among the finest in Europe. Here, scale and performance are matched by a more understated, authentic alpine atmosphere.

Beyond the slopes, Val d’Isère offers a well-balanced mountain lifestyle. The resort blends traditional Savoyard character with a considered selection of restaurants, bars and boutiques. The area is particularly known for its off-piste opportunities, with accessible routes for those looking to explore beyond the marked pistes.

Snow & seasonality
Val d’Isère’s high altitude, reaching up to 3,456m on the Grande Motte glacier, ensures one of the most reliable snow records in the Alps. The season typically runs from late November through to early May, with peak conditions in January and February. Spring skiing is equally rewarding, offering longer days, softer snow and quieter slopes.
