Consensio is a UK registered company with an Operations office in France. Consensio is a member of ABTA, providing peace of mind to guests. Consensio’s main goal is to provide Exceptional Service in Exceptional Properties.

Stuart Pinnell and Ceri Tinley co-founded Consensio, launching in 2009 in partnership with the owners of six chalets, who were looking for an operator who would manage their chalets with them rather than for them. Consensio means “co-operative”, and that is how we work, using our unique profit-sharing method. Each of our owners is as individual as their chalet, and we take the time to get to know them, to ensure we completely understand what is important to them.

We know that holiday time is precious, which is why we take the time to listen to our guests and find out exactly what they want, thus ensuring that everything is taken care of.

Ceri Tinley as Managing Director heads up our management team – she has more than 17 years’ experience in management within chalet companies and comes from a strong financial background.  She was based in the Alps for more than 10 years before returning to Jersey where she now lives with her family, making frequent visits to France and London.
