M² living space
Set on the sought-after Route de la Renarde, just moments from Méribel Centre, Chalet Montclair is a newly built residence that brings together contemporary alpine design with a strong sense of space and privacy. Surrounded by forest and mountain views, and within easy reach of the slopes, the chalet offers a calm, elevated base in one of Méribel’s most desirable settings.
Spanning over 650 m² across multiple levels, the chalet has been designed for both entertaining and retreat. At its centre, a striking double-height living space is framed by expansive glazing and internal bridges, creating a natural sense of openness and light throughout the day. A fireplace and integrated bar anchor the lounge, which flows into a separate dining area. Two kitchens, one professional and one guest-facing, support both relaxed family meals and more considered hosting, while terraces extend the living spaces outdoors.
Six ensuite bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests across the upper floors, including a principal suite and a generous junior suite. Each room is finished in a soft, natural palette, where timber and textured materials create a calm, understated atmosphere.
Wellness is set across a dedicated lower level, where an indoor swimming pool, hammam, sauna and treatment room provide space to unwind after a day on the mountain. Additional entertainment areas offer flexibility for both adults and younger guests, allowing the chalet to adapt easily to different group dynamics.
Designed with a focus on modern alpine living, Chalet Montclair balances scale with intimacy, combining architectural detail, natural materials and a considered layout to create a space that feels both contemporary and enduring.

Local guide
Méribel sits at the heart of Les Trois Vallées, offering direct access to over 600km of pistes across one of the largest ski areas in the world. Its central position allows seamless skiing between Méribel, Courchevel and Val Thorens, with an efficient lift system connecting each valley.
The resort combines scale with a more traditional alpine feel, defined by chalet-style architecture, timber façades and a strong sense of place.
Beyond the slopes, Méribel offers a well-balanced lifestyle, from sunny terrace lunches to a lively après-ski scene, alongside a considered mix of restaurants, bars and boutiques. Non-skiers can enjoy spa facilities, winter walking and other mountain experiences.
