At Consensio, we have a passion for fine food and drink and pride ourselves on bespoke chalet dining. Only the finest ingredients are used and wherever possible, local and seasonal produce is sourced from nearby farms and markets.

Our chefs ensure that your dining experience is bespoke rather than routine and they will be delighted to discuss your requirements before and during your stay. Allergies, cultural requirements, diets, likes and dislikes are all catered for.  If you enjoy formal dining they can create gastronomic magic; if you prefer local specialities, good-quality classic dining or comfort food in front of the TV, they can do that too.

Wine and Champagne

We stock a range of excellent house wines but if you prefer your own bespoke vintages, however rare, our specialist partners Antoine Veuriot at La Cave sur Comptoir and Guillaume Masson at La Verre Gourmand will source any a-la-carte requests and have these ready for you when you arrive.

As an added activity, we can arrange a wine tasting evening in your chalet where you sample both vintages and/or local wines paired with local cheeses, charcuterie, or canapés prepared by your chef.

A well-stocked bar with your favourite spirits, a gin bar and chilled Perrier-Jouët champagne is at your disposal and available throughout your stay.


It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and never has this been truer than in a ski resort in the winter months. Breakfast is a special time where everyone can gather and plan the day ahead. It is a time to fuel up with the energy needed for a long day on the slopes but also to indulge and enjoy the luxuries of a five-star chalet.

Your breakfast is beautifully presented each morning with the best locally sourced Savoie produce. From the kitchen, staff provide a fully cooked breakfast service and create daily specials tailored to your needs. With healthy options, delicious fresh smoothies and treats for children readily available, simply let your staff know what you like each day.

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon tea is a time to reflect and enjoy each other’s company, share the experiences of your day and plan ahead. In the warm and cosy environment of the chalet, it is the perfect opportunity for everyone to relax and make the most of the facilities while your team look after your every need.

Every day staff lay out small treats, both sweet and savoury, for you to enjoy. A selection of teas and coffees, with speciality teas from Mariage Frères and a range of Nespresso choices, is available. For those who enjoy partaking in après-ski, the Perrier Jouët is ready and waiting on ice.


We pride ourselves on our world-class chefs. A bespoke menu is created in conjunction with yourself prior to resort arrival and your chef will discuss any culinary likes and dislikes, preferences and dietary wishes in advance. Ingredients are lovingly selected and handpicked just for you.

Fresh Bread from the Bakery

Located in each Consensio ski resort is a renowned boulangerie providing the famous artisan bread France is known for. We work closely with the local bakers and deliver fresh pastries from the ovens to the table.

Local Meats and Cheeses

By visiting nearby farm shops and fromageries, our chefs use authentic Savoyard produce to create the perfect dish. Where possible ingredients are locally sourced including the butcher’s favourite cuts of meat from animals lovingly reared on neighbouring mountainsides.
We support local businesses to help provide fresher, more nutrient-rich foods and invest back into our communities, reducing our carbon footprint along the way.
