Dinner
Ultimate Catered Chalets
Canapes are served before dinner on five nights of your stay. Dinners are prepared by your private chef following a bespoke menu consultation, tailored entirely to your preferences and dietary requirements. The chef’s days off are Tuesday and Friday.
Relaxed Catered Chalets
Chef led, family style dining. A children’s dinner is served five evenings a week between 17:30 and 18:30, followed by a two course dinner for adults and a curated cheese course.

Grand Brut flows freely in all our Ultimate and Relaxed Catered Chalets, chilled and ready each evening when you return from the slopes. On request, guests may also enjoy Perrier-Jouët’s vintage collection, including the celebrated Belle Époque.
