Founded in 2009, Consensio remains privately owned and offers guests a more considered way to book direct luxury ski chalets and serviced properties in the French Alps. Every stay is handled entirely by our team, from your first enquiry through to your time in resort. We are a chalet operator, not an agent, with no handovers between third parties and no separation between booking and delivery.
One team, start to finish
Most luxury ski holidays involve multiple touchpoints: agents, local operators and property owners. With Consensio, there is a single point of responsibility.
Our sales, concierge and in-resort teams work as one, so nothing is lost in translation and every detail is considered. From our UK office to our teams in the Alps, your stay is prepared well before you arrive and managed throughout your time in resort. For those who prefer a more personal approach, we are available to meet in London, Edinburgh or the French Alps to plan your stay face to face. For returning guests, preferences are remembered and refined over time, creating a more intuitive and personal experience with each stay.

From your first enquiry, our sales team brings 35 years’ combined experience and lifelong skiing knowledge to shape every detail of your stay, from planning through to resort.
Special occasions
Birthdays, anniversaries and private celebrations can be arranged around your group, from flowers and cakes to live music, private dining or a special evening in the chalet.
In our catered chalets, dining follows the rhythm of the mountains, from breakfast and afternoon tea after the slopes to seasonal chef dinners and a well-stocked open bar.
Chalet teams and chauffeurs
Our chalet teams complete a month-long training programme and know each property in detail. Ultimate Catered Chalets include a private chauffeur, while Relaxed Catered Chalets include an in-resort driver service.
Ski planning made simple
Ski hire, lift passes, lessons, guides and ski school can all be arranged before you arrive, helping the first morning in resort feel calm and organised.
Spa facilities
All of our catered chalets include spa facilities, from swimming pools and saunas to hammams, hot tubs and treatment rooms. Many of our serviced properties also offer considered spaces to unwind after time on the mountain.
