From travel plans and ski arrangements to in-property experiences and special requests, we help take care of the practical details before you arrive and once you are in resort.
Before your stay
Your dedicated contact can help organise the key arrangements before you travel, from airport transfers, ski passes and equipment hire to lessons, childcare, restaurant recommendations and menu consultations.
During your stay
Once in resort, your chalet or property team remains on hand for timings and day-to-day requests, from ski room fittings and lunch recommendations to spa treatments and activities for all ages.
Getting around
Depending on your chalet collection, guests can benefit from private or shared in-resort chauffeur service, helping with journeys between the property, pistes, ski schools, restaurants and resort centre.
