In this exciting new partnership, Consensio will bring some of Duck & Waffle’s most celebrated dishes to the mountains to deliver the best breakfast to be found in the French Alps.
Duck & Waffle’s Executive Chef, Tom Cenci, will travel to the Alps pre-season to train Consensio Chefs on the particulars of how to replicate a selection of three Duck & Waffle signature dishes.
Tom shared his delight to be working with “Consensio’s very talented chefs”, commenting: “Taking Duck & Waffle to new locations and audiences is a great thrill for us and we look forward to recreating the iconic dishes guests have grown to love at Duck & Waffle on the 40th floor but instead at an altitude of 2000m.”
This special breakfast menu will be offered to Consensio guests on three occasions throughout the duration of their ski holiday. The menu will include:

DUCK EGG ON COCOTTE
Wild mushrooms, gruyere, truffle, soldiers
Homemade hazelnut & chocolate spread, vanilla ice cream, peanut crunch
