Consensio is a luxury chalet operator – not an agent. We manage a small collection of award-winning luxury chalets in the French Alps, catering to the desires of a discerning clientele who seek indulgence, comfort, convenience, and above all – the very highest level of quality and service.
We work exclusively in partnership with the owners of our chalets, who demonstrate great faith in our ability and expertise to manage their high-value assets.
With 6 luxury chalets across the resorts of Courchevel, Val d’Isère and Méribel, we have selected for you the finest luxury accommodation in some of the world’s most desirable ski locations.
Our chalets are recognised as the best luxury ski chalets in France. Sold on an exclusive basis, they come staffed with a private team which includes: a dedicated chalet manager to oversee your stay and be on hand for daily concierge and support, a chalet assistant to provide contactless cleaning and preparation and an in-resort driver service provided by a trusted third party supplier to transport you to and from the chalet.

As the global landscape continues to evolve, Consensio is committed as always to offering an exceptional tailor-made bespoke holiday experience when booking one of our world-class ski chalets or apartments. With the current challenges, we are adapting both our service and payment/cancellation terms so you can book with enhanced peace of mind.
You can now book your property with a simple 10% deposit, with the remaining 90% balance payment only due 28 days before resort arrival. We have a comprehensive COVID cancellation policy which will allow you to cancel or change your booking if a COVID event occurs.
For this coming 2020/21 winter season only, the company is adapting to a safe, non-contact style service in the chalets, which we hope enables you to enjoy the majority of the usual Consensio benefits, but at the same time respecting social distancing and minimising risk.
Daily breakfasts including fresh bread and pastries from the local bakery, fresh fruit platter, cereals, a selection regional cold meats and cheeses, artisanal yoghurts, delicious jams, honey, coffee, tea, and juices are laid out for you to enjoy and cleared away whilst you are not present. Your dedicated chalet assistant will provide daily contactless cleaning and preparation, implementing COVID safety policies. Travel within the resort will be provided via a pre-booked professional chauffeur-driven service. Perrier-Jouët Champagne, an open bar stocked with beers, premium spirits and soft drinks, along with bar snacks, and range of selected chateau bottled house wines are available.
Your personal chalet manager will arrange your evening restaurant bookings on your instruction. Alternatively, should you wish to try the best home delivery options from local restaurants, the team will ensure the dining area is laid out beforehand and cleared away afterwards. Most restaurants are adapting to ‘the new normal’ and are setting up quality cuisine style deliveries. A comprehensive list of options will be available shortly and your chalet manager can liaise on your behalf and organise with minimal disruption to your stay. Should you wish to bring your own chef to cater for your group, this can be arranged.
We have made these vital changes to keep you our guests and our staff safe, so everyone can enjoy all the mountains have to offer this winter. We appreciate that this results in a reduction of service levels where a contactless service is impossible and, as such, we have reduced our chalet prices by 25% to reflect this change.
