With two Michelin stars to its name. Led by Chef Michel Rochedy, the restaurant showcases exquisite French cuisine with a contemporary twist, using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers.

La Table des Airelles at Les Airelles: A fine dining restaurant in this top-notch hotel. Equally grand as the hotel is the restaurant with menus offering traditional French and worldwide cuisines.

La Trattoria at Les Airelles: The perfect mix of elegance and refinement offering exceptional authentic Italian cuisine. Les Airelles is a perfectly sumptuous place to return to at the end of a vigorous day on the slopes.

The first Michelin Star gourmet dessert restaurant in the world. Sebastien Vauxion creates Inventive main courses and exhilarating desserts which combine to offer a highly original modern dining experience.

Perched at an altitude of 2,700 meters, La Saulire offers a dining experience like no other. Accessible only by ski or snowmobile, this mountain refuge serves up hearty alpine fare with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. After a day on the slopes, there’s no better way to unwind than with a steaming bowl of fondue or raclette enjoyed in the crisp mountain air.

A lovely cosy restaurant with a log fire in the centre. Starters include frog’s legs and lovely salads. Main courses include fillet of beef, duck breast and fantastic traditional dishes. Not to be missed!

Created 30 years ago by Ted Di Trapani, this is the Italian restaurant of Courchevel. The Italian chefs offer you the best in fresh homemade pasta, various tasty risottos, fine and crusty pizzas as well as the famous Tournedos Rossini dish and filet with morels. Ted Di Trapani, who was raised in a wine-growing family, selected all the wines for his cellar himself. All this in a warm and welcoming atmosphere – great for families

A warm atmosphere prevails in this lovely & authentic mountain chalet. The cooking style is generous and served by Chef Thierry. Great for upmarket Savoyarde cuisine.

This restaurant specializes in the finest Thai cuisine – light spicy aromatic dishes that will transport you to the Far East. The décor imitates the luxury of Shanghai in the 1930s. Favourites from the menu include steamed beef, sautéed fish, aromatic rice, spicy deserts with exotic fruits and Lily Koi sauce.

Hotel L’Apogee’s The Koori restaurant can host up to 50 seats and offers authentic, refined and inventive Japanese cuisine. A varied menu embellished with undisputed creations, in particular, ‘The Koori Carpaccio’ or ‘Black cod in miso sauce’, along with a selection of sushi and other Japanese specialities. Beverage lovers will enjoy discovering the fabulous selection of sakes and a varied tea collection.

Excellent restaurant in Courchevel Village (1550) gaining notoriety for its fabulous quality beef cooked on the indoor barbecue. Savoyard dishes also feature and a warm welcome is always guaranteed. Homely setting and family run.
