M² living space
Positioned in Méribel’s sought-after Morel area, Chalet Le Grenier offers a well-balanced combination of space, design and immediate access to the slopes. Set just across from the Morel chairlift and the Hulotte piste, the chalet places skiing within easy reach, while maintaining a sense of privacy slightly removed from the centre.
Spanning 550 m² across five floors, the chalet has been thoughtfully designed by Nicky Dobree, with a focus on comfort, flow and understated alpine elegance. The entrance opens onto a central foyer overlooking the main living space below, introducing the scale of the chalet from the outset. Above, a dedicated games room with a snooker table and relaxed seating provides a more informal space to unwind.
The principal living area sits one level below, where triple-height windows draw in panoramic mountain views and fill the space with natural light. A dual-aspect fireplace anchors the room, surrounded by deep sofas and adjoining a considered dining area and open kitchen. Glass doors lead onto a sunlit terrace, extending the living space outdoors. A separate TV snug and adjoining study offer quieter corners, whether for film evenings or time away from the main group.
Six ensuite bedrooms are arranged across the lower levels, including two generous primary suites. Each is designed with a sense of space and calm, finished with marble bathrooms and, in most cases, direct access to a balcony or terrace. Integrated sound and lighting run throughout, enhancing the atmosphere across each floor.
The spa level is designed for recovery and relaxation, centred around a large sunken hot tub, with a sauna and treatment room alongside. A well-equipped gym completes the space, offering a more active option after a day on the mountain.
With its considered layout, proximity to the lift and fully serviced experience, Chalet Le Grenier is particularly well suited to families and multi-generational groups, offering both connection and privacy within one cohesive alpine home.

Local guide
Méribel sits at the heart of Les Trois Vallées, offering direct access to over 600km of pistes across one of the largest ski areas in the world. Its central position allows seamless skiing between Méribel, Courchevel and Val Thorens, with an efficient lift system connecting each valley.
The resort combines scale with a more traditional alpine feel, defined by chalet-style architecture, timber façades and a strong sense of place.
Beyond the slopes, Méribel offers a well-balanced lifestyle, from sunny terrace lunches to a lively après-ski scene, alongside a considered mix of restaurants, bars and boutiques. Non-skiers can enjoy spa facilities, winter walking and other mountain experiences.
