Protect Our Winters (POW) is a registered climate action charity that’s making waves by uniting passionate outdoor enthusiasts and turning them into effective climate advocates. Their goal? To achieve systemic solutions to the climate crisis by influencing policy changes at the highest levels of government. Founded by snowboarder Jeremy Jones, POW recognizes that outdoor lovers, including skiers and snowboarders, have a unique voice that can shape policies for the better.

By putting pen to paper and sharing why climate action matters to you, you’re creating a powerful message that can’t be ignored.

Support the Initiative:

1. Send a Postcard: Postcards written will be sent to a Freepost address where POW will collect them and take them to the Ministers.  People can send a postcard in a few different ways:

• Look out for POW UK postcards at Ellis Brigham stores and events that POW UK are attending e.g. National Snow Week
• Write your own postcard and send it to ‘Freepost SENDIT’. (You can download the POW postcard here)

2. Attend a Workshop: Attend POW’s carbon literacy training workshops to gain a deeper understanding of climate issues and solutions.

3. Support Financially: Donate funds to cover the cost of postcards and other campaign-related expenses.
