Since 2009, Consensio has operated an exclusive portfolio of luxury chalets and serviced properties across the high-altitude resorts of Val d’Isère, Méribel and Courchevel.

One experienced team, throughout the year

Consensio goes beyond the role of a rental or listing agent. Our team oversees the entire process, from positioning, marketing and sales to staffing and year-round in-resort management.

Every owner has a dedicated point of contact who works closely with them throughout the year, coordinating personal stays, commercial priorities and property updates. Many of our operational team members return season after season, providing continuity and a detailed understanding of the property, its owners and their guests. With one team responsible throughout, your property is carefully represented, managed and protected.

Financial management

We agree a pricing strategy around your personal use and commercial objectives, supported by a transparent profit-share model and clear financial reporting.

Working within the property’s existing physical and operational set-up, we help ensure it meets the requirements for French TVA recovery. We also liaise directly with your accountant to support the process and keep financial arrangements clear and efficiently managed.

Consensio is a property operator, not simply a rental or listing agent. We manage the entire process, from positioning, pricing, marketing and sales to staffing, guest stays and year-round in-resort operations. This integrated approach gives owners one experienced team responsible for the property’s commercial performance, day-to-day management and long-term care.
What types of properties does Consensio manage?

Our portfolio spans Ultimate Catered Chalets, Relaxed Catered Chalets and Serviced Properties, with each model offering a different level of service and operational support.
Can owners continue to use their property?

Yes. We take a flexible approach to owner use, balancing your preferred weeks with the property’s wider rental strategy.
What does Consensio’s property management service include?

Depending on the property and service model, our year-round management can include positioning, pricing, marketing, sales, staffing, training, housekeeping, maintenance, guest and owner stays, concierge, financial reporting and ongoing in-resort operations, with a dedicated account manager as your direct point of contact.
Can Consensio provide a rental projection before I purchase a property?

Yes. We can provide rental projections for properties being considered for purchase or financing and advise on their operational requirements.
Where are your guests from?

Our guests come from a broad international market. The UK remains our largest market, followed by the USA, France, Brazil and the UAE. We also welcome strong demand from Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, Australia, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Canada.
